• In the event of cancellation, every effort will be made to provide alternative arrangements, such as rescheduling or offering virtual participation. However, no refunds will be issued.

2. Registration Fees and Refunds:

• Registration fees are non-refundable. Once a registration is confirmed, no refunds will be issued, regardless of the reason for withdrawal or cancellation.
• In case of event cancellation, as outlined above, alternative arrangements may be offered, but no monetary refunds will be provided.

3. Intellectual Property Rights:

• All intellectual property rights, including copyrights, trademarks, and patents, related to the conference materials, presentations, and other content belong to the respective owners.
• Attendees are not authorized to reproduce, distribute, or utilize any part of the conference materials without explicit permission from the copyright holders.

4. Liability Waiver:

• By registering for the conference, you agree to release and hold harmless the Department of Hematology, AIIMS, its affiliates, sponsors, and partners from any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, arising out of or in connection with your¹ participation in the conference.
• This includes, but is not limited to, any injuries, illnesses, or property damage that may occur during the conference or related events.

5. Code of Conduct:

• All attendees are expected to adhere to a code of conduct that promotes a respectful and inclusive environment.
• Any behavior that is disruptive, offensive, or violates the rights of others may result in immediate removal from the conference without refund.

6. Privacy Policy:

• The Department of Hematology, AIIMS respects your privacy and will collect and use your personal information in accordance with its privacy policy.
• By registering for the conference, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information for the purposes of event management, communication, and other related activities.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties:

• The Department of Hematology, AIIMS makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of the information provided in the conference materials or presentations.
• Attendees are solely responsible for evaluating the information and making their own decisions.
